You've quoted different ranges on different applications. Keep them consistent enough that they don't contradict if recruiters compare notes.
- Conservative anchor (Civica, Lead Forensics, accesso, smaller FinTech): £65-80k
- Mid anchor (Mimecast, Oliver Bernard, Broadridge): £70-90k
- Stretch anchor (large FinTech, BlackRock, Bloomberg): £80-100k
